An afternoon class where you don’t just learn about pizza and wine, but eat and drink too? What could be better!?
Join us for an afternoon of pizza and wine with local pizza chef, Ravi “The Doughfather” (https://www.instagram.com/doughfatherhtx/). For this class, we bake four different pizzas, including a dessert pizza, live in the Doughfather’s mobile pizza ovens. While the pizza bakes, students learn about the styles and history of pizza and what makes a great pizza.
Students will also learn about wine and food pairing, tasting a wine paired to each slice.
