- Schedule: Three Mondays, 9am-3:30pm (lunch 12-12:30pm)
- Exam: during the last hour of class on the last class day.
The WSET Level 2 Award in Wines provides vocational training in the broad range of alcoholic beverages to underpin job skills and competencies in the customer service and sales functions of the hospitality, retail, and wholesale industries. Wine enthusiasts in Central Texas who wish to acquire in-depth knowledge of wine and want to obtain an internationally recognized wine qualification should consider this course!
Upon passing the exam, students will receive a digital certificate for their achievement. Should a student fail the exam, they may retake it for a $150 fee.
The WSET recommends that students complete at least 11 hours of personal study outside the classroom hours for this course. For more information on course content, please see the course specification here.
