This invitation-only, one-day intensive offers an in-depth exploration of sparkling wine from around the world. Through guided tastings and focused instruction, participants will examine the major production methods, key regions, grape varieties, styles, and quality factors that shape sparkling wine.

Designed for serious wine students and professionals, the class will move beyond the basics to compare traditional-method, transfer-method, tank-method, and other sparkling styles, with particular attention to Champagne and other benchmark regions.
