HSA: Discover Bertani Wines with Gabrielle Tapia
Join the Houston Sommelier Association for a guided tasting of Bertani wines with Gabrielle Tapia, CSW, Senior Portfolio Manager at Palm Bay International.
Guests will sample a selection of Bertani wines as Gabrielle shares the stories behind each wine and offers insights into the producer’s portfolio. Taste, compare, and discuss the wines while exploring the people, culture, and traditions that shape them.
Gabrielle oversees 12 Italian brands at Palm Bay International and brings experience from Kobrand, Winebow, and Opici Wine and Spirits. A Certified Specialist of Wine, she also holds WSET Level 3 in Wine and WSET Level 2 in Spirits. Her approach to wine education is engaging and approachable, rooted in a love of agriculture, history, and bringing people together around the table.
The Houston Sommelier Association is an association designed to offer members of the trade a chance to learn from guest speakers as well as network and learn from each other.(Non-trade members are asked to make a donation of $20 to the program.)
