Course Policies
WSET Courses
If you are unable to sit the exam on the specified date, you can withdraw without penalty 12 business days in advance. After the 12 business days, there will be a fee to re-schedule your exam. You have 12 months from the course start date to sit the exam, or another exam fee will apply.
Refunds
If you cancel your place before the course begins you will receive a refund of the class fee, less a 10% cancellation fee. If we have sent out the materials kit to you, you must return it, complete and unused, in order to receive full credit. Registration and shipping fees are not refundable. If you cancel after the class begins, no refunds apply. However, your registration is fully transferable to another person for the same course and session, subject to qualification.
Wine Tasting Classes and Wine Foundation Courses:
- Refunds or transfers are given for CANCELLATIONS when notification is received a minimum of 48 hours prior to Classes. No refunds or transfers are available for cancellations within this period. Advance Enrollment is required.
- In some instances there are waiting lists for classes that are sold out. Please call 713 882 8773 to check on the status of a waiting list for the class in which you are interested.
- Please refrain from wearing perfume or cologne when attending these events.
French Wine Scholar and Italian Wine Specialist Courses:
